Welcome to Brightwave Automation, a software product operated by Brightwave Digital Products LLP. By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Brightwave Automation is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing business automation and communication-related software features, including contact management, messaging automation, campaign management, live chat, AI-assisted features, APIs, analytics, and related functionality. Features and usage limits may vary according to the subscription plan selected by the customer.
Customers may be required to provide accurate information including their name, email address, mobile number, business information, and other information necessary to create and operate an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must immediately inform us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may provide a free plan, free trial, demonstration, or limited-access version of the service. Customers are encouraged to use the available free plan/demo and review the available features and limitations before purchasing a paid subscription. Free plans or demos may have limitations on usage, features, devices, contacts, campaigns, APIs, or other functionality. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a free plan or demo at any time.
Brightwave Automation offers different paid subscription plans. The features, usage limits, validity period, and pricing applicable to each plan are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Paid plans are generally provided for the subscription period specified on the applicable plan page. The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate plan according to their requirements.
Paid subscriptions may require activation through a license key or account activation. Once a license key has been activated for a paid subscription, the subscription is considered provisioned and activated for the applicable subscription period. Customers should verify the plan, features, pricing, and requirements before activating the license.
Customers must use the platform only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. Customers must not use the service for activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or the terms and policies of communication platforms, messaging platforms, APIs, or other third-party services used in connection with the software. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent or authorization before sending communications to their customers or contacts. We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the service is being used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Certain functionality may depend on third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, messaging platforms, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, or other external services. Availability and functionality of third-party services are outside our direct control. Changes, restrictions, suspension, or discontinuation by a third-party provider may affect related functionality.
Payments for paid subscription plans are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. We do not request or store customers' complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or internet banking passwords on our platform. Payment transaction information such as transaction ID, payment status, invoice information, and subscription details may be retained for accounting, support, security, and legal purposes.
Customers should review the free plan/demo, available features, pricing, usage limits, and plan details before purchasing. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed refund and cancellation terms.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, internet connectivity, hosting issues, security incidents, or third-party service interruptions.

Customers receive a limited right to use the service during the applicable subscription period and do not acquire ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.
Customers retain responsibility for the information and data they upload, process, transmit, or manage through the platform. Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to process such information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where a customer violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, fails to make required payments, attempts to compromise the platform, or uses the service in a manner that may harm the company, other customers, third parties, or the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brightwave Digital Products LLP shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the service. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business information.
